Ridgeline Ski House is sited above the snow line, with the entry side of the house kept simple and the living program turned to the view below. A covered terrace at the lower level handles the seasonal transition between the mountain and the kitchen.
The form is held to a deliberately simple roof gesture so that snow shedding is predictable and the eaves work hard. Glazing is concentrated where the view earns it; the rest of the elevations stay solid, well-insulated, and quiet. Design is in progress.
